It is approaching the one year anniversary since I closed on my house on Park Terrace and over this past weekend, Torrey and I reflected on our year together that began with the listing and the subsequent sale of the house.

Between Torrey and me, we have bought and sold 11 homes over our lifetimes and we both feel that the experience with Partners in Real Estate was the best ever! When we started this process during an interview with ya’ll, our immediate impression was very positive and confident. Your experience of being involved with over 150 transactions in our neighborhood demonstrated early on that you knew the area and that you knew the market. From the initial listing process to the final closing, your experience and talents were ever evident.

Of course, in my personal circumstances, i.e., initially a single homeowner, in process of getting married to Torrey, living in two cities, both of us working full time and traveling constantly, without your constant help and assistance, it would not have happened without you.
